IntelliJ-specific implementation of ResourceUI.

This strategy leverages IntelliJ native OpenAPI for high-fidelity navigation and visualization within the IDE. It provides IntellijTextResourceViewer for 100% IDE editor fidelity (syntax highlighting, line numbers, folding, error annotators).
