Welcome to the Anahata ASI Platform. These Terms of Service govern your use of our software, consulting services, and website (anahata.uno).
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
The core framework (`anahata-asi-core`) is open-source and licensed under the Apache 2.0 License. Commercial enterprise support, consulting packages, and pre-compiled executables are provided under a commercial agreement as outlined on our pricing/enterprise page.
The Anahata ASI software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the software.
