1. Digital Binaries

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all pre-compiled binary purchases. If the software does not work as advertised on your machine, or you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us at support@anahata.uno within 14 days of purchase for a full, no-questions-asked refund.

2. Enterprise Consulting & Retainers

To protect our engineering resources and maintain dedicated capacity, the refund terms for our professional packages are structured as follows:

• Ad-Hoc Sprint ($1,250): Fully refundable within 14 days of purchase only if work (including diagnostic reviews or remote debugging) has not formally commenced. Once engineering consultation has started, it becomes non-refundable.
• The Forge (Tier 1 - $5,000): Refundable within 14 days of purchase only if deployment or configuration has not started. If work has commenced, a prorated refund of unused hours is available. Consumed hours are billed at our standard un-discounted standalone rate of $350/hour (not the package rate), plus a $500 administrative setup fee.
• Retainer Subscriptions (Tiers 2 & 3): Monthly retainer subscriptions (The Core Team, The Architect) are non-refundable for the active billing cycle once the month has commenced, as developer capacity is locked and dedicated to your account. You can cancel at any time to prevent auto-renewal for the subsequent billing cycle.

3. Stripe Processing

All refunds are processed securely through Stripe or returned directly via bank wire transfer for corporate accounts. Once a refund is approved by our team, the funds will be returned to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing cycles.
